BCTS – Business Consultancy and Training Services is proud to have played a pivotal role in the groundbreaking MoreThanAJob project in cooperation with 5 other partners from 4 different countries such as Palestine, Jordan, Italy and Greece. In the face of economic turmoil in Europe and political instability in Mediterranean Partner Countries, we recognized the urgent need for innovative economic solutions. With approximately 15 million migrants and refugees from third countries seeking opportunities in the region, it was evident that traditional economic models required a fresh perspective.
Our involvement in the project aligns with our commitment to fostering social and economic transformation. The project underscored the critical role of Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) actors in harnessing challenges and converting them into opportunities. Our collaboration with public authorities was instrumental in delivering effective solutions. MoreThanAJob aimed to establish a framework of best practices, thoroughly studied and identified, to integrate marginalized groups, including refugees and the uneducated, into the workforce and education systems.
At BCTS, we have always believed in the power of collaboration and innovation to drive meaningful change. Through pilot sub-projects, we worked tirelessly to create a lasting impact by facilitating job creation and economic empowerment. Our participation in the MoreThanAJob initiative reflects our dedication to building a more inclusive, resilient, and prosperous society.
