Designed to enhance service excellence and professionalism under pressure, this program equips participants at LWP with essential skills for managing customer expectations by personality style, personalized listening, and problem-solving. We’ll guide you through dealing with difficult people and help them master time management to boost productivity. Our training includes goal-setting techniques and strategies for maximizing efficiency when working with teams, including virtual members. We are proud to have delivered this program for DAI as part of the Lebanon Water Project (LWP).
