BCTS – Business Consultancy & Training Services has published the first of five free learning modules developed under the EmpoweerNEET MED project. Module 1 is based on Cycle 1 of the EmpoweerNEET training in Lebanon (July 2026) and turns the live sessions into a format anyone can follow at their own pace.

What you will learn. By the end of this module, you will be able to:

  • identify your values, strengths and growth areas, and analyse your employability with a personal SWOT;
  • write achievement-focused, tailored CV content that applicant tracking systems (ATS) can read;
  • apply active listening, constructive feedback and the unwritten rules of professional behaviour;
  • prepare clear interview stories and build your Personal Employability Action Plan

Inside the module: five short sections (Know yourself · Your CV · Communication & teamwork · Professional behaviour · The job interview), practical activities, two short videos, a Lebanese social-enterprise case study (arcenciel) and a five-question self-check with no grades.

What you will produce: a first-draft CV and your Personal Employability Action Plan.

Time and language: about 60 minutes, in English.
