Module 5 completes the EmpoweerNEET learning series. It is based on Cycle 5, the “Leadership Lab: Overcoming the Inner Walls”, the final cycle of the EmpoweerNEET training in Lebanon.

What you will learn. By the end of this module, you will be able to:

  • explain self-esteem and say “no” respectfully using a four-step model;
  • identify your internal barriers and separate facts from interpretations;
  • use emotional intelligence (STOP–BREATHE–THINK–CHOOSE) to respond professionally to criticism, conflict and stress;
  • compare leadership styles and design your personal transition and leadership plan, with a first concrete step and a one-minute pitch.

Inside the module: five parts (Self-esteem & empowerment · Overcoming internal barriers · Emotional intelligence · Speaking with confidence · Leadership & your next step), short captioned videos, and the story of The Nawaya Network, a Lebanese non-profit that helps young people turn hidden talent into livelihoods.

What you will produce: My Transition & Leadership Plan.

Time and language: about 60 minutes, plus optional “Go deeper” content (about 35 minutes). In English, with the Workbook and self-assessment also in Arabic.
